the death toll from the civil war has now reached 30,000. the activist group reports nearly two thirds of those deaths came during the past six months and the death toll includes more than 7300 government soldiers. it's not every day you see somebody walking down the street holding what looks like a rocket launcher, is it? apparently this dressed up character was just pretending to be a terrorist and the whole thing was supposed to be some sort of test for the cops. it did not go as planned....
